Our courses include Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor certification programs. Bluezone Academy is an Exemplar Global Recognised Training Provider (RTP) certified training provider, and select courses are RTP certified accordingly.

3. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

3.1 Course Enrollment Requirements

When enrolling in our courses, you may be required to provide additional documentation, including:

• Identity Verification: A valid government-issued identification document (passport or driving licence) with supporting copy
• Educational Qualifications: Proof of highest qualification with supporting certificate
• Contact Details: Full name, email address, phone number, and residential address
• Organisation Information: Your organisation name and address (if applicable)
• Electronic Signature: Your electronic signature confirming enrollment and agreement to these Terms

By providing your electronic signature during enrollment, you acknowledge that this constitutes your legal acceptance of these Terms and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may only maintain one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

5. Refund Policy

Before enrolling in a course, we encourage you to:

• Ensure the course meets your learning objectives
• Contact us if you have any questions about course suitability

If you experience technical issues preventing access to course materials, please contact our support team promptly so we can assist you.

6. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course, including all required lessons, assessments, and minimum passing scores, you will receive a certificate of completion. Regarding certificates:

• Certificates are issued electronically and can be downloaded from your account
• Each certificate has a unique identifier for public verification
• Certificates are non-transferable
• Certificates represent completion of training and are not professional licenses or certifications
• For Exemplar Global RTP certified courses, certificates meet the requirements for auditor competency training

6.1 Exemplar Global RTP Certified Courses

For courses accredited by Exemplar Global, your enrollment information and identity verification documents may be shared with Exemplar Global for verification purposes (see Section 7 below). By enrolling in an Exemplar Global RTP certified course, you consent to this data sharing as a requirement for certification.

We reserve the right to revoke certificates if it is determined that they were obtained through fraudulent means or violation of these Terms.

7. Data Sharing for Certification

When you enroll in an Exemplar Global RTP certified certification course, the following information may be shared with Exemplar Global:

• Your full name and contact information (email, phone, address)
• Organisation name and address (where provided)
• Educational qualifications and supporting documentation
• Identity verification details (passport or driving licence information)
• Course enrollment, completion status, and certificate details

This data sharing is necessary for:

• Verification of your identity and eligibility for certification
• Maintaining the integrity of Exemplar Global certification programs
• Compliance with auditor registration and competency requirements

By enrolling in an Exemplar Global RTP certified course, you consent to this data sharing for verification purposes. This consent is a requirement for participation in accredited certification programs. Your information will not be shared with any other third parties without your explicit prior permission.

8. Professional Disclaimer

Please be aware that:

• Completion of our courses does not guarantee certification by any third-party certification body
• Implementation of management systems requires professional judgment and may require additional guidance
• ISO standards are subject to change, and while we strive to keep our content current, you should always refer to the official ISO documents
• The responsibility for applying knowledge gained from our courses lies solely with the learner

Violation of these conduct rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, revocation of certificates, and legal action where appropriate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our platform and courses are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
