ISO 9001:2026 Internal Auditor Training
Designed for managers, supervisors, quality practitioners, internal auditors, and personnel responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, or auditing a Quality Management System (QMS) who need the knowledge and skills to plan and conduct effective internal audits against the ISO 9001:2026 standard.
Provide a comprehensive understanding of the purpose, structure, and requirements of ISO 9001:2026, examining the Harmonized Structure, the requirements on a clause-by-clause basis, the seven Quality Management Principles, leadership commitment to quality culture and ethical behaviour, customer focus, the strengthened separation of risk and opportunity management, the process approach, organizational context (including climate-related considerations), and performance evaluation.
Develop the knowledge and practical skills required to interpret the updated QMS requirements and apply the process approach and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology to internal auditing.
Apply internal audit methodologies to plan, prepare, conduct, report, and follow up audits, collect and evaluate objective evidence, raise non-conformities, exercise objectivity, and determine the conformity and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Upon completion, attendees will be able to effectively plan and perform internal audits of a QMS against ISO 9001:2026, support continual improvement of quality performance, and contribute to the organisation's preparation for external certification audits and transition from ISO 9001:2015.
