ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training
Designed for managers, supervisors, quality practitioners, internal auditors, and personnel responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, or auditing a Quality Management System (QMS) who need the knowledge and skills to plan and conduct effective internal audits against the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Provide a comprehensive understanding of the purpose, structure, and requirements of ISO 9001:2015, examining the Annex SL high-level structure, the requirements on a clause-by-clause basis, the seven Quality Management Principles, leadership and customer focus, risk-based thinking, the process approach, and performance evaluation.
Develop the knowledge and practical skills required to interpret the QMS requirements and apply the process approach and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology to internal auditing.
Apply internal audit methodologies to plan, prepare, conduct, report, and follow up audits, collect and evaluate objective evidence, raise non-conformities, exercise objectivity, and determine the conformity and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Upon completion, attendees will be able to effectively plan and perform internal audits of a QMS against ISO 9001:2015, support continual improvement of quality performance, and contribute to the organisation's preparation for external certification audits.
