ISO 14001:2026 Awareness Training
Designed for employees, team members, supervisors, and personnel at all levels of an organisation who need a general understanding of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and their role in supporting its implementation and effectiveness under the ISO 14001:2026 standard.
Provide a foundational understanding of the purpose and key concepts of ISO 14001:2026 as an international standard that provides a framework for establishing, implementing, and continually improving an EMS, explaining how it integrates environmental considerations into an organisation's overall management system — covering structure, planning, roles, procedures, processes, and resources to effectively develop, implement, review, and maintain the environmental policy.
Develop awareness of the organisation's environmental policy, significant environmental aspects and impacts, objectives, and operational controls, and how individual roles and day-to-day activities contribute to environmental performance.
Explain each participant's responsibilities in conforming to EMS requirements, following established procedures and processes, and supporting continual improvement and the achievement of environmental objectives.
Upon completion, attendees will understand the fundamentals of ISO 14001:2026, recognise the importance of the EMS, and be able to actively contribute to maintaining and improving the organisation's environmental management system.
